Booking a ride shouldn't feel like a form you have to fill out perfectly. But a few small details, mentioned upfront, are the difference between a pickup that goes exactly to plan and one where your driver is guessing. Here's what actually helps.

Book earlier than you think you need to

We can often accommodate same-day requests, but early morning airport runs, holiday weekends, and graduation season fill up fast. If you know your travel dates, texting us a day or two ahead gives you first pick of vehicle and pickup time — especially if you need the Sienna for a group.

Give us the full picture, not just an address

"Pick me up in Irvine" gets you a ride. "Pick me up at [address], drop off at SNA, flight leaves at 6:40 a.m." gets you a ride that shows up exactly when it should, with a driver who already knows the route and the terminal. The more specific your pickup and drop-off details, the smoother the day goes — whether that drop-off is an airport, a cruise port, or a concert venue.

Why we ask for a flight number If you give us your flight number, we track it. Early landing, late departure, gate change — we adjust your pickup automatically instead of you having to text us updates from baggage claim.

Choose the right vehicle for your trip

The Prius comfortably handles 2 riders and 2 bags — ideal for solo travelers or a quick business trip. The Sienna fits up to 6 passengers and 6 bags, which makes it the better call for families, groups, or anyone checking more than a carry-on. If you're not sure, tell us your passenger and bag count and we'll recommend one.

Mention pets, car seats, or extra stops upfront

None of these are a problem — they just work better when we know in advance. A quick note about a car seat, a carrier-trained dog, or a second pickup stop means your driver arrives already prepared instead of figuring it out at the curb.

Confirm the way that's easiest for you

Fill out the booking form on our site, text or WhatsApp us directly, or send a DM on Instagram — whatever's fastest for you. We'll text back to confirm your driver, vehicle, and pickup window, usually within minutes during the day.

Plans change — just tell us

Flight delayed, plans moved up, headcount changed? A quick text is all it takes. We'd much rather hear about a change early than find out at pickup time.

None of this is complicated, and you don't need to get every detail perfect. But the more we know before pickup day, the less you have to think about on it.
